CBT & ballbusting safety

Testicles are sensitive, and that’s the point. They’re also fragile, so go slowly and stay well below your limit.

Start gentle

  • ·Begin with holding and slow squeezing, then light fingertip taps.
  • ·Use a 1–10 pain scale. Beginners stay at 5 or under, and the receiver calls the number, not the giver.
  • ·Work up to kicks and spatulas only after you’ve played with hands and know each other’s limits.

Kicks & implements

  • ·Kicks: always barefoot, top of the foot, swinging from the knee. Never with shoes, never a full-leg swing, never a knee.
  • ·The receiver kneels or stands with knees apart, so the kick lands from below rather than pinning anything against the body.
  • ·Spatulas and paddles: flat silicone or leather. Avoid wooden or metal edges.
  • ·Stop at the first sharp, deep or sickening pain. That feels different from sting, and it means stop.

Avoid

  • ·Anything tied tightly around the testicles or penis for long. If the color changes or it goes cold, remove it immediately.
  • ·Twisting, or pulling hard at an angle.
  • ·Post-orgasm torture with dry hands. The tip is extremely sensitive after cumming, so use plenty of lube or spit, and the safeword ends it instantly.
  • ·Playing while either of you is drunk or high.

Go to the ER if

  • ·Severe pain doesn’t fade within about an hour.
  • ·There’s swelling, a lump, bruising that spreads, or nausea and vomiting.
  • ·One testicle sits higher than usual or at an odd angle. This can be torsion, which is an emergency.
